Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon easy-mart shipment to the shipping carrier/courier service.


Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in PAK Rupees. Prices, products, and Services may change at’s discretion without prior notice.


Services Offered provides several Internet-based services through the Web Site (all such services, collectively, the “Service”). One such service enables users to purchase original merchandise such as clothing, mobiles, and accessories from various brands. (collectively, “Products”). Upon placing an order, shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the Services.


If your package arrives at Eazymart within the 7th-day, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
·       Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.
·       Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
·       Merchandise must have all tags attached.
·       Merchandise returned in bad quality, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
·       Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition. Shoebox fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoebox.
·       Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive at our office may be denied, or the amount may be deducted from your return.
·       Final Sale items/ promotional offers may not be returned.
·       Merchandise including electronic products, phones, perfumes & inner wear do not qualify for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. Although you can ask for a refund following the refund policy using your order ID. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get an voucher of the same value.
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same before rejecting the delivery. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.


It is the customer’s responsibility to log in earlier if they want to avail of better products or styles because sales are “first come, first served”. The merchandise is not restocked once sold out. No information regarding the presence of any Product in our stock will be guaranteed and we will alert you only when an item is sold out.  
The terms and conditions for such a Contest shall be separately available on the Site. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and the terms and conditions of any Contest, such terms and conditions shall prevail.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring from time to time.
